The Largest PET Bottles Manufacturer & Suppliers of Pepsi,Coke, Qurshi & Murrey BeweryJob Role in Logistic and Import/Export:Coordinate with Shipping marine and air transport for the purpose of booking the containers & LCL cargo for our final destination.Coordinate and ensure empty metal container availability from depot to fulfill company sale demand in time.Monitoring freight outward, inward, cost of operations.Manage import / Export documentation and arrange transports accordinglyMonitoring performance of custom clearing agents and examine Custom clearance related Import / Export.Coordination with freight forwarder agencies & Shipping lines related import / export.Coordinate for preparing of LCs.Development trucking supplier, Cost effectiveness, Assured availability of trucks.Job Role in Procurement:Making annual procurement plan and its approval from higher management.Monitoring actual procurement with budgets and its variation analysis.Create and execute customer driven contacts with key suppliers.Analysis the supplier evaluation on yearly basis.Develop cost efficiently freight forward agencies for custom clearance of import items.Agree service level parameters (delivery, payment, payment terms...)Continuously monitor supplier performance and develop with suppliers initiatives to further reduce costs and improve competitive advantage.Supplier performance tracking (e.g. % goods on time, quality)Provide coaching leadership and development of Procurement Team on ISO standards.Develop annual sourcing plans to meet objectives on cost and volume.Sponsor the implementation and sustainability of procurement processes.Ensure material availability to meet production schedules and sales demand.Ensure all procurement and correspondences are properly filed.
