- Work closely with Global Talent Acquisition Head's and global teams supporting different stakeholders like Hiring Managers across the group for their hiring needs, involved in identifying the right talent for Thales globally- Identify, engage and attract talent to support resourcing demand across EMEA, NORAM and APAC.- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels and techniques to source passive talent, including Boolean logic, LinkedIn X ray and social media search.- Responsible for providing relevant qualified shortlists of candidates to present business leaders.- Provide quality market insight, intelligence and competitor analysis to the business to inform recruitment decisions.- Play a key role in embedding effective selection processes in emerging countries Champion the employer brand and ensure consistent candidate journeys throughout the recruitment process.- Work collaboratively with executive directors and the hiring manager community, introducing robust recruitment and sourcing processes.- Building strong relationships with executive board members and key stakeholders to influence hiring decisions.- Experience of managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial approach through to offer management.- Strengthen the global brand of Thales, expand the talent pool and enable better candidate experiences
