The Job responsibilities include the following:IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the warehouse's IT infrastructure, POS, scanners, printers, product scanners, etc. including servers, networks, and hardware, including addressing network security. Warehouse Management Systems (WMS): Implement and manage Warehouse Management Systems to optimize inventory control, order fulfillment, and overall warehouse efficiency. Technology Integration: Coordinate the integration of various technologies, such as RFID, barcode scanners, and automated systems, to enhance warehouse operations. Data Security and Privacy: Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard sensitive warehouse and customer data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Software Applications: Manage software applications relevant to warehouse functions, such as inventory management, order processing, and shipping systems. Knowledge of POS systems and CRM software is a plus. IT Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support for warehouse staff, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems. Strategic Planning: Work closely with warehouse and business leadership to align IT strategies with overall business objectives, contributing to the development of long-term plans. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and manage third-party IT services for warehouse. IT Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget for the warehouse, ensuring cost-effective solutions and responsible resource allocation. IT Training and Development: Develop training programs for warehouse employees to enhance their IT literacy and ensure effective use of technology in daily operations.
