• Daily Reporting which included Daily Sales Report showing deliveries from whole Pakistan of previous day and Daily Activity report in which whole activity of previous day were shown deliveries and receipts made from customers, raw material issued for production and their remaining balance & finished products and bank balances.• Daily Invoicing to customers according to different discount percentages agreed with them.• Delivery route planning for Karachi.• Raw material purchasing and inventory management in dry store and also of finished products in cold stores.• Weekly production planning.• Sales analysis reports on monthly basis.• Dealing with concerns for generator maintenance and internet devices.• Bank Reconciliations and all kind bank related activities.• Payroll management &disbursement and basic HR activities.• Also dealing with vendors for printing of marketing materials like posters, standees and branding at stores and freezers• Customer ageing for receivables.• Maintaining Ledgers customer wise.• Daily payment and receipt voucher.• Ensures systematic checkpoint for the merchandise at the Goods Receiving department prior to delivery to the selling area.• Supervise overall control of business, Responsible/Accountable in taking decisions, managing people, accountable in trade off cost & benefits.
