Meter Data Management (MDM): Testing of MDM interface software of ITRON. I implemented service standards and guidelines that serve as a benchmark for excellent service delivery as per Global standards and in adherence with SLA; formulating solution concepts definition while meeting targets, budget & schedule constraints. Also, I mapped client’s requirements through architecting customized solutions and ensuring continuous interaction. Led and monitored the performance of the team members for maintaining excellence in project operations.

As a subject matter expert, my responsibility includes answering different online queries in the field from students around the world, creating a system for organizing information and storing project documents. Authoring solutions from textbooks, online answering of subject questions, quality review of solutions and content feedback and online tutoring.
