As a Credit Officer for Distt.(BUNER).This Whole Program of micro financing was carried out in collaboration with a mutual project of Asian Development Bank And Government of N.W.F.P named Malakand Rural Development Project (MRDP). Major responsibilities were as follows Assessment of loanees (Micro Financing…small Loans) hand loamers of SWAT etc. Analysis and evaluation of loanees (feasibility of their assets, cash flows etc). Physical Verification before sanctioning the loans. Assurance of recovery (guarantees) of loans before sanction and processing to the head office Peshawar. Follow-up of recoveries till full adjustment of loans. Handling the defaulters from concerned district administration as per jurisdiction
