• Communicating and rendering assistance to the company’s entire accounting activities.• Handle petty cash, follow up payment, produce income statements, prepare cheques, balance sheets, general ledger and reports; manage other administration works as needed by various departments.• Checking data, maintaining and scrutinizing books of accounts, journal, ledger, cash / bank book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms.• Preparation of Invoices for services (Utilities, Operation, Management & Consultancy etc.)• Processing and Monitoring Payment Invoices, Receivables/Payables.• Follow up for Commission Receivables.• Preparing and distribution of company payroll.• Arrange funds and make sure wise spending of money by coordinating with bank authorities.• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.• Manage LC, Insurance; prepare import/export documents up to finalization.• Raise purchase orders to the suppliers and coordinate for shipping schedule to ensure the completion of order with customer in an accurate time and manner.• Coordinate with logistics for scheduling and shipping process of orders.• Preparation of PIR report to monitoring complete trading of the company.• Maintain file system.• Manage yearly vehicle renewals.• Correspondence with banks.• Monthly Internal Audit of Financial Statements.• Coordinate with external auditor for annual statutory audit.
