The role of a cabin crew is to provide excellent customer service to passengers while ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the flight. We are trained to deal with security and emergency situations which may arise and can administer first aid to passengers.

Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and filing. Coordinates and maintains records for staff office space, phones, company credit cards and office keys. Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office and other CRM or ERP systems.

As an Enrolled Nurse, I am trained to demonstrate competency in the provision of patient-centred care specified by the registering authority's licence to practice, educational preparation and context of care.
