 Manage Identity and Access Management protocols to control user access and privileges Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls Design and implement security solutions to protect against unauthorized access, vulnerabilities, and cyber threats Implement and configure security controls and solutions to protect systems and data Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and remediate security weaknesses Develop strategies to respond to and recover from network incidents or security breaches. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and manage security-related incidents. Designing, implementing, maintaining, overseeing, and upgrading all security measures needed to protect organizations’ data and systems Manage and configure physical security, disaster recovery and data backup systems Management of Endpoint Security tools like Kaspersky, ESET, SentinalOne, etc.

• Develops and Implement Information Security Policies, Procedures and Guidelines as per ISO 27001.• Conducts Internal Audits bi-annually.• Develop annual audit report and present before Director IT.• Testing and identifying infrastructure-level vulnerabilities.• Manage the Global IAM Administration• Regularly analyse logs and admin activities from monitoring tools.• Manage the Global endpoint security.• RnD and implements the latest techniques to protect the organization’s data.• Conduction Risk assessment on annual basis or after any major change.• Participates in the change management process.• Evaluating the organization’s security needs and establishing best practices and standards accordingly• Designing, implementing, maintaining, overseeing, and upgrading all security measures needed to protect organizations’ data, systems, and networks• Respond to all types of breaches and security incidents.

• O365 Exchange, user and groups, billing, licenses, Teams, Stream Administration• SharePoint Online Portal maintenance and data management.• Local and Azure Active Directory Maintenance• Microsoft Azure IAM, subscriptions, backups and all existing resources administration• Configure ad Deploy new Software on Server and all connected Nodes.• Analyze all possible aspects of systems and implements plans to optimize capacity and performance• Manage Endpoint Security Antivirus and Patch Management on Servers and end user machines globally• Local Data Server Access Management,• DHCP, DNS, Group Policies and Quota Management.• Administration of local and cloud data backups • Conducting surveys on sites and gathering customer requirements. • Generating alerts and coordinating concerns for any issues related with data centre environmental and physical monitoring. • Documenting the systems designs. • Regular Maintenance of Data Center. • Perform the tasks of providing systems high level operations support at client site.
