Coordinating with colleagues & seniors as per procedure•Preparation of required Checklist, approval & implementations•Purchases materials, supplies, and equipment; maintains applicable inventories•Monitors work performed by comprehensive service agencies and verifies quantity and quality for payment.•Contacts appropriate service agencies to schedule repair work and ensure timely work order completion•Ensures adherence to established client policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, and safety standards•Innovate, suggest and implement energy management ideas.•Oversees the inventory, rental, repair and maintenance of office equipment.
