I am passionate about developing technologies for biomedical engineering applications. My expertise includes bio-signal processing, wearable devices, machine learning, sensor data analysis, programming, physiological monitoring, feature extraction, computer-aided decision support system.Starting from my junior undergrad year till now, I have developed different machine learning-based computer-aided decision systems focusing on various biomedical applications. These include bleeding detection from wireless capsule endoscopy, EEG-based motor imagery hand movement detection, parallel MRI reconstruction, smartwatch PPG-based atrial fibrillation detection, smartphone sensor-based human activity recognition, automated detection and prediction of atrial fibrillation from the ICU sepsis patients using long-term ECG.I believe in teamwork and have been doing interdisciplinary collaborative research with clinicians for the past 5 years. I am always open to learn new things!
