• Responsible for creating and supporting collaboration tools for UK clients such as SharePoint 2016 sites, SPO sites and Microsoft Teams for Private/Confidential collaboration and Yammer for Public Collaboration.• Managed, UK Firm's collaborative video and media sharing platform called as KPMGPlayer (Kaltura). People in the UK geography can get the channels created or share their videos on this tool in order to collaborate. This is something similar to YouTube.• Administered all the compliance activities related to KPMG Player(Kaltura) & MS Teams to make sure no risk and security compliance issues were there, and all the tools used by UK clients should be as per the Rules of the Road.• Trained new joiners by conducting 8Knowledge sharing sessions in the team on different processes (SharePoint, MS Teams, Kaltura).• Used to help in Q&A sessions during trainings on Microsoft Teams for multiple UK geography stakeholders around the tool functionalities.• Liaised independently with clients/ stakeholders to resolve their issues and provide alternative solutions.
