Manager Site Facilities
Current@PTCL Commercial Data Center, KHIRESPONSIBILITIES:> Determining facility and equipment specifications. Gathering and analyzing data, blueprints, and reports.> Designing and overseeing the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various systems, and quality controls.> Evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies.> Managing operations and maintenance of all data center infrastructure equipment (critical and non-critical), to assure 100% uptime of Data center Services to customers.> Managing & Providing leadership to the local Data Center Facilities team with a broad set of responsibilities;> Managing facilities training program and overall staff development.> Planning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.> Schedule and supervise the performance of both routine maintenance and emergency service on critical systems, including: diesel generators, UPS systems, electrical switchgear, power distribution equipment, chillers, HVAC equipment, fire detection/suppression and building monitoring systems.> Management of critical infrastructure improvement projects.> Managing tactical and strategic activities with focus on continuous improvement.> Analyzing project costs and development and management of facilities budget for maintenance, repairs, capital and general operating costs; bottom-up development of yearly budgets.> Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities.> Developing processing plans and optimizing resource allocation & managing local facilities team.> Coordination with all other groups (sales, NOC, network, finance, executive staff). Working with Sales, Service Delivery and Customers to provide successful build.> On-call 24x7 for incident management and data center emergency response.> Responsible for site safety and environmental compliance with all local, state, and federal health and safety requirements.
