As the Applications Leader at Ikonix USA, I have been a respected team member since 2012. My responsibilities include managing the Applications Team as well as providing training, applications support, and consultation services for our valued customers. In my tenure with Ikonix USA, I have worked with a wide range of customers. I enjoy identifying and understanding our customer’s unique test requirements and the challenge involved in finding the right solutions for their test applications. My field experience and industry knowledge allows me to contribute to new product development and assist the Marketing Team in creating educational materials for our customers. As a member of the IEC60601 technical committee, I appreciate gaining a deeper understanding of Medical Equipment standards. My hobbies include cooking, travel, sports, music and studying nature.

Created manufacturing plans, work instructions and SOP documentations for Aerospace products. Supported production process of circuit card assemblies on the production floor. Tracked parts database for accuracy and directed assembly of new products for permanent production.

Monitored production for problems and areas where efficiency could be improved (Production surveillance). Performed sample tests on radios every month per test procedures. Ran Integration and Qualification tests on radios using procedures in place (regressive). Helped develop procedures for tests on new requirements.• Managed and supervised staff of technicians for running test procedures with a proven track record of increased efficiency and reduced running time, thereby decreasing company costs.• Assisted the team in planning and analyzing proposals, to win major contracts.• Organized and implemented laboratory safety plans and procedures with no reported accidents.• Managed and organized test data and reports for analysis to enable easy references for future testers.
