▪ Performed system-level lifetime testing of subassemblies, designed an experiment by developing a basis of repeatable steps with Python scripts leading to auto-testing and resolving the data using Weibull distribution plots.▪ Designed and built a modification of existing manufacturing fixtures to hold a unit in place without cosmetic damage, created toolpaths for CNC milling of new fixtures using Fusion 360 and extensively tested fixtures to ensure accurate and repeatable results.▪ Redesigned current 3D printed thermal probes to allow for injection-molding manufacturing and mass production for use in service centers worldwide, used FEA simulation in SolidWorks to detect and reinforce weak areas, worked with third-party injection molders to adjust and improve designs.

▪ Designed a support fixture for in-house testing using SolidWorks, prototyped and tested various iterations by using an industrial 3D printer and implementing milling techniques.▪ Engaged in risk assessment of a sonication horn by conducting electronic signal analysis with an oscilloscope and analyzing collected data using Excel to ensure frequency and displacement levels are within optimal ranges.▪ Collaborated with resident mechanical engineers and manufacturing team to conduct demonstrations, optimizing individual characteristics and features of support fixtures based on test results.
