The research division produced over 1600 research studies, clinical trials, and 400+ papers were published in 2019 with federal and industry funding.Advisory member to the National Product Council, contributing to evidence-based product selection, contracting, configuration, utilization, recommendations, performance management, and improvement functions, supporting over $3 billion medical equipment and services sourcing program.

In this role, I led the technology transformation strategy, implementation, change management, and operations, supporting the health operating system across the continuum of care supporting all eight (8) markets.I led teams of over 100+ staff placed throughout the country and offshore. Oversaw the technology strategy, operations, and project implementations for care delivery systems providing 24x7 support.Led one of the largest clinical imaging archive system supporting the enterprise handling over 13.7 billion images with over 3.7 Petabytes (as of Dec 2020) of on-premises cloud storage and computing capabilities.Led one of the largest integration and interoperability business plan to connect critical medical devices into EMR - a business case approved by the board of directors, yielding patient safety and quality improvements.Led a first of its kind Health Information Exchange with Veteran Affairs and Department of Defense, which resulted in setting interoperability policies adopted by Health and Human Services
