Candidate facet : The main objective of these facet is Candidate can Create his Profile, Search for the Relevant Job profile and Applying. The main features are Managing his Profile, Tracking the Applied Job Application Status and getting the Personalised Recommendations on new Job Openings.2. Recruiter facet : It has all the feature of B2B HR solution.The high level overview of the features as it has divided into 9 different roles these are ( Sales and operation head, Delivery head, Supervisor, Senior recruiter, Junior recruiter, Admin, Business Development Executive, Company HR, Accountant) and we can define more roles as well. Each has unique roles, responsibility and features. Its start from the creation of Requirement by the Sales head assign the requirement to Delivery head and then supervisors and then intern assigning to the Recruiters. The Recruiter who actually work on the requirement begins with searching of the candidate profile in the system and scheduling the interview and following up the interview status till the closing of the requirement. all are mange by the system digitally. Each level of work progress can be viewed by the superiors. and also export and download the report in the excel format.
