• Operation and Maintenance of TELLIN (Intelligent Network) (SUSE Linux based) NEs like SCP, SMP, and EMS.• Based on escalation from L1 team, checking alarms in FMS (Fault Management system) diagnosing and resolving the same.• Preventive and corrective maintenance/Health check for all Data network elements.• On-Site troubleshooting activity for faults restoration.• Performing Software up-gradation on TELLIN NE’s and Patch installation to fix the bugs • Responsible to handle all customer queries regarding TELLIN.• Analysing customer proposals and doing changes as required on TELLIN products.• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on network faults, alarm monitoring and Health check/preventive maintenance for all TELLIN network elements• Monitoring Performance of NE’s and sending KPI reports respectively to the customer.• Give On job training to the customer and provide them support in troubleshooting of new integration activities.Major tools used:SUSE Linux, Windows 2000 server, Oracle 11g, MS SQL2000, MySQL, Java, PHP, PL/SQL & Toad for Oracle, Xampp, MS excel and power point, MS Visio.

• Participate in operation and maintenance tasks and routine works• Maintenance of IN nodes (HP-UX, Sun Solaris) and database maintenance (Informix, Sybase).• Configure system/service parameters, system maintenance including database, SCP & SMP, backup of logical logs, alarm monitoring and troubleshooting. • Maintain web based Prepaid CDR view page, CRM system and Report Server.• Configure and modify charging matrix for existing packages or design new package, number analysis, area info management, package maintenance.• Configuring Voice and SMS short code.• Develop different web based application for different departments (CCD, Marketing, Sales).• Generating & loading scratch cards into Database. • Activation/deactivation of Scratch Cards, configuration of Card Management System (CMP).• Troubleshoot prepaid scratch card related issues and customers complain.• Integrate different 3rd parties in prepaid system.• CDR collection and processing.• Participate in acceptance testing of newly introduced features.
