Budgetary Planning & Control:• Analyze and forecast organizational requirements of capital investments in different Sectors: Business growth (domestic & international), Service/Operations continuity, IT infrastructure, Admin & Buildings.• Responsible for planning, preparation, and monitoring of PTCL’s annual capital budget amounting to PKR ~20 Billion.• Prepare Feasibility Analysis Reports of Capital projects of Wireline Retail Business having annual Capex volume of PKR ~5 Billion, Carrier & Corporate Business cases having annual Capex volume of PKR ~ 3 Billion. • Prepare Cash-flow Statements, P&L Statements and Sensitivity analysis assessments of capital projects based on CAPEX & OPEX demanded and associated Revenue assumptions.• Analyze, derive and present financial indicators of each capital investment project to Senior management by using decision-making techniques (NPV, IRR, ROI, Payback Period & Financial Ratios).• Responsible for Cost-Benefit Analysis of System improvement, Service continuity (annual CAPEX volume ~3.5 Billion), and Admin related investments (annual CAPEX volume ~0.5 Billion).• Analyze budgetary allocations & reallocation; prepare executive summaries and detailed control schedules for various phases of budget processes.Enterprise Risk Management (ERM):• Prepare Risk Framework, TORs, Policy & Appetite documents for PTCL & Ufone.• Establish strategic linkage of the ERM program across all departments/functions of PTCL & Ufone.• Identification, assessment and reporting of events and circumstances having impact on organization's objectives, assessing them in terms of likelihood and magnitude of impact.• Coordinate with stakeholders/Risk Champions to determine weightage and effectiveness of implemented controls and proposed action plan/solutions to mitigate risks to acceptable level.• Prepare and present enterprise risk management reports to Executive Management (CXOs & GCEO), Etisalat Group Audit Committee and Board Meeting.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly Management reports (Revenue register & Movement in receivables).• Maintain operator-wise reconciliation of Receivables & Aging of Receivables.• Posting of Revenue & Receivables on SAP.• Consolidate and analyze Revenue, Receivable and Payable status.• Responsible for monthly billing and reconciliation of Cellular Mobile companies & LDI Operators related to traffic (International Incoming and outgoing traffic/revenue, CPP, PSTN) and rentals (DPLC, IPLC, Colocation).• Coordinate with banks about Escrow account and bank statement and maintain records of Bank Guarantees, Security deposits and Advances of various customers/vendors.• Responsible for coordination with internal & external auditors.
