Prepare and manage the departmental budget. To ensure the performance indicators (BBSC) essential for Dawlance Business. To ensure that right quality and quantity of product is available by maintaining the agreed stocks level. Management of supplier agreement and relationship. To act as a coach and leader for all the Departmental Managers to help them achieve their objectives. Management of business procedure for effectiveness. Representation in Dawlance Management Team.
