Maintenance planning, scheduling & administration.Engineering support to maintenance department to maintain (compliances with US standard) the US standard within the compound premises.Carrying-out regular renovations and coordinating with construction department to carry-out the major renovations of the villas.Heading the Q/A team to keep a check on construction department while they carry-out the major renovations to maintain compound standards.Supervising all the maintenance staff Including Electrical division, Civil section (Carpenter, masons), plumbing, landscaping, Telecom and HVAC/Mechanical.Costing, estimation and purchasing for renovations of old villas.Handling and maintaining on site warehouse for the materials.Coordinate with the higher management, supervisors & labor on day to day operations of the maintenance department.Monitor the flow of the work orders & Tenant work orders. Make sure the total cost of labor & materials of each Tenant work order is consolidated and forward to Accounting Office for billing.Reporting to the General Manager Maintenance Department about jobs accomplished.Reporting to the General Manager Maintenance Department regarding supervisors, Technicians, Electricians & labor’s time sheets & employees performance.Time management & employees management.

SSH has own distribution Network System to distribute the electricity to all of SSH's Industrial sites, Villas, Hospitals, Beach Houses & Residential compounds.Supervising the New Installation of the Electrical MV (13.8KV) Substations.Maintenance of all System in which Local and main substations which we are using RMU, Package Unit, Transformers (STC) and H.V Panels (MCset100, 125) H.T Incomers, Feeders and Bus Riser panels with SF6 Circuit Breakers.Work on protection Relay (Over Voltage, Phase over current, Earth fault etc) and Testing of H.V cables (Megger Testing, Hipot Test and Continuity Test).Switching of SF6 Circuit Breakers and Attending the main faults of Underground cables, Transformers and Substations.Arranging the H.V Shutdowns & switching order for Feeders (13.8 KVA) & Transformer.Designing and Making Diagrams and Drawing of Electrical Ring system by Using CAD 3d etc Software’s.Supervising the Termination of H.T Cables and Reporting to High Voltage Unit Head.
