I specialize in surface water and groundwater modeling techniques for catchments in humid to arid regions but also enjoy applying Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing techniques to address Water Resources management issues. In my PhD work, I am investigating the effects of increase/decrease of pumping on groundwater levels and hydrochemistry of groundwater pre and post-flash-flood events in Wadi Baysh-Jazan. My personal interests are traveling, reading science fiction, visiting museums and cultural sites, and learning languages. Currently, Im working as an academic at King Abdulaziz University Jeddah (KSA). My goal is to use my skills in sustainable water resources management.
