Enterprise Responsibilities;- Responsibility of Order Management process for enterprise Indirect sales- Maintaining order documents and system validation accordance to National Security & Regulatory and Finance policy- Handling Account Transfer direct & indirect sales- Handling Account Mapping- Handling Merchandise bills and usage bills on request from the partners Recourses- Report Management and data Analysis for enterprise - Coordinating with Sales, Finance and Logistics (Mobile) or Provisioning (Fixed) to ensure the smooth flow of Sales-OM process.- Supports Sales for account Manager and Partner for various issues related to order processing and accounts hierarchy- Ad-hoc training to new joiners on processes/system and products knowledge and refreshment sessions to existing agents - Handle Enterprise Process for two months as a Supervisor - Handle monthly weekly quarter reports - Road Show Coordinator- Closing sales on the Win cash ordering Stock from central logistics- Handing Partner cases - Waiver off cases- VP Approval Cases- Raise RSO and LPO on ERP System - Special Pricing Request by channel Partner comparing with the other services providing approval for the request.
