• Having 14 years of experience in Development, enhancement, maintenance in oracle technologies.• 5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Applications.• 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Applications.• Hands on experience in Global HR HDL objects including Worker data load.• Hands on experience in Oracle Fusion Global HR, Absence Management, Payroll and Talent Management offerings.• Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM cloud implementation projects.• Experience in Approvals and Notifications Business Process Management (BPM).• Experience in Security Oracle Identity Management (OIM) and Authorization Policy Management (APM).• Experience in File Based Loader (FBL) Functionality of Oracle Fusion Applications.• Experience in Data loading into Oracle Fusion HCM by using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and spread sheet Loader.• Experience in Implementation, Enhancements, Customization, Production Support of Oracle HCM (With single and multi-Business Groups)-Core HR, Payroll, Oracle Self Service, PMS, OTL, iRecruitment and System Administration modules of Oracle Applications• Development, Customization and Personalization of OAF pages in oracle E-Business Suite as per the Business requirements.• Having Good Working experience in Personalization of oracle EBS forms.• Reports development using XML Publisher, XML Data Template, RDF Reports and attaching different templates (RTF).• Experience in RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Extensions).• Involved in Customization, Developing, Registering Tables, Reports, PL/SQL Stored Procedures.• Good communication skills, adapt in client interaction and understanding business applications.• Worked on R12 implementation, up gradation and rollout projects.
