• Have Experience in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and Bearing failure analysis of major rotating equipment’s.• Have good experience in Laser and Dial Gauge Alignment of all major rotating equipment’s.• Have Good Experience in Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Hydraulic System (Pump, Cylinders, DCV’s, Accumulators etc.).• Playing a key role in making Annual Maintenance Plan and Budget.• Have Handy knowledge of Oil Analysis and Selection.• Have Valuable Experience in Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Major Equipment’s like Centrifugal Compressor (Process Gas Compressors, Cooling Gas Compressor by ROOTS), Screw type Compressor (Instrument Air Compressor by IR) and Seal Gas Dryer (by Johnson Controls)• Have Handy Experience in design and Selection of Mechanical equipment’s based on the Process Parameters. • Have Valuable Experience of Erection and maintenance of Major Material Handling Equipment like CV-F10 Flexo-well Bucket Conveyer (by Kinder Morgan) and CV-J60 Hot Transfer Bucket Conveyer.• Handy experience of Erection and maintenance of Natural Gas Pre-Treatment plant (NGPT). • Duties involved Running, Preventive, Breakdown maintenance and overhauling of Compressors, Gear-box, Blowers, Dust collection system etc.• Developing, Implementing and Constantly Reviewing Preventive maintenance program.• Have Experience in Chemical Cleaning of Hydraulic Circuit, determining and achieving ideal NAS Value (as per ISO 4406 Standard) of Hydraulic Oil.

• Was Responsible of Erection ,Commissioning and Maintenance of all major Equipment like Compressors ,Fans ,Cooling Towers , Pumps and Static Equipment’s.• Have Experience in Erection and Commissioning of Material Handling Equipment’s such as Conveyers, Feeders, Diverters ,Stacker and Re-claimer. • Have Valuable experience in Erection ,Testing and Commissioning of Piping Work (Process Piping ,HVAC ,Fire Fighting).• Have Experience in Erection and Maintenance of HVAC System (Chiller ,Heat Exchangers ,AHU and Pumps).• Supervision of No Load and Load Testing of all Mechanical Equipment’s.• Have Experience in Erection and Commissioning of Hydraulic and Lubrication system.• Have Experience in Design, Stress analysis and Erection of Industrial Piping as per ASME B31.3 Work and Design standard.
