Quality Team Lead
To act as the single point of contact for all artwork related projects; operational and quality issues; improvements being progressed by the Artwork and Packaging Services Process team. To maintain a deep knowledge of all matters associated with artwork and packaging supply chain processes at an up-to date level across the range of the GSK. To provide education, ad hoc training and coaching, working closely with identified area in the artwork and packaging supply chain, to achieve quick and effective resolution to issues and monitoring and identifying process gaps. To support the recruitment by providing appropriate selection standards and methods Adherence to artwork production standards and Standard Operating Procedures. Adherence to agreed schedules for artwork production. Ensures that data integrity and accuracy is maintained throughout the quality checks. Implements the principles of Operational Excellence and Lean Sigma to recommend and bring about continuous improvement. Ensures that any quality compliance issues are promptly reported and investigated, and corrective actions are taken. Understands application of Key Performance Indicators to support the deliverables for the team.
