• Hardcore IT recruitments experience in different technologies and domains up to senior and top management level positions:• Responsible for mentoring and providing on-going training and support for new recruiters.• Understanding Job Requirements , managing full cycle of recruitment ( End to end recruitment ) , sourcing the resumes from various job portals and short listing the potential candidates.• Liaising with clients for the requirement.• Prioritizing on the requirements and the distribution of requirements to the team• Helping the team to understand the requirements• Worked on both Permanent as well as Contractual Positions• Played a major role in convincing the candidates for contractual position.• Conducting the preliminary interview to understand the candidate's competencies like interest towards the job, commitment, technical skills, and qualification for determining the suitability to match the requirement.• Following up with prospective candidates until they complete all the rounds of interview, selection and On boarding• Salary negotiation before and after selection from client and releasing the offer letter and coordinating with joining formalities.• Reporting to Managing Director regarding daily / weakly business activities, dealing with high profile clients, dealers and vendors , and also coordinating in Admin. work .• Send Reminder mails and do Re-allocation/Re-Scheduling as and when required.• Conducting and coordinating the walk – ins interviews.• Preparing MIS reports on daily, weekly and Monthly basis.
