• Examine strategic performance, identify business needs and provide strategic solutions to cater liability segments of the bank. • Analyze and evaluate business plans through financial projections and apply feasibility checks to examine the strength of the plan.• End-to-end management of deposit incentive campaigns and NFI campaigns from conceptualization to disbursement. • Introduce segmentation profitability report and a consolidated cross sell report depicting the performances of 7 business departments at country level against targets. • Work with internal departments & external business partners on various business/marketing related areas.• Conduct & supervise trainings of branches on product knowledge, new offerings & smooth running of operations.• Facilitate branches in booking Special Mudarbah Pool (SMP) deals. • Established DIBPL first outbound team and cross sell managers team for each asset product to boost asset financing through branches.
