I have completed my M.Phil from University Of Azad jammu and Kashmir. During my masters I have worked on thin films fabrication by hydrothermal and solution processed methods. During my Mphil research i completed following projects.●Metal oxide Nanomaterials for resistive memory and photo-detection application● Hydrothermal Synthesis of TiO2 Thin Films from Titanium ButoxideTi (OC4H9)4forAdvanced Applications ● Sol-Gel Dip Coating Synthesis of Vanadium penta Oxide Thin Films from VanadiumOxide Powder ●Synthesis of ZnO thin films by hydrothermal method by using zincacetate (C4H6O4Zn)andsodium hydroxide(NaOH). I got expertise in characterization techniques like SEM, UV Vis spectroscopy, FTIR and IV measuring Kethely 2400 source meter. Recently I am serving as a lecturer physics in different private institutes. before joining private colleges I remained visiting lecturer in Department of Physics, University Of Azad Jammu and Kashmir from 2021 to 2022. Now I am looking for PHd position to enhance my knowledge in the field of physics. My research interests are related to: 1. Fabrication of Zno thin films for optoelectronic devices for LEDs UV detectors and solar cells2 Quantam materials 3. Vanadium oxides thin films for photodetection application for photodetectors, memory resistive switching devices 4. Correlated electron materials like mott insulating VO2 etc as multifunctional electronics and optoelectronics materials5. Perovskite solar cells
