Current- Performing various secretarial/clerical duties such as write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms.
- Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for individual staff and clients.
- Arranging key documents into a systematic matrix for submission and regular follow up with client and other key authorities.
- Manage periodical employee detail checks (such as PP/Visa/Emirates id etc.)
- Draft Offer letter and employment contract following manager instructions.
- Interacting with organizational staff, executives, clients, vendors and visitors on a daily basis for various reasons.
