Design Team Manager
As a Design Team Manager, I lead a team responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of fiber optic networks. My role involves overseeing all aspects of network design, from route planning and feasibility studies to detailed engineering designs that ensure optimal performance and scalability. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, field engineers, and external stakeholders, to ensure that designs meet technical specifications, budget constraints, and project timelines. I also ensure design quality compliance with industry standards and regulations while implementing best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs. By focusing on innovation and continuous improvement, I drive the delivery of high-quality, future-ready fiber networks that support the growing demands of telecommunications infrastructure.Main area of expertise is in design quality, where I have introduced processes for quality controls at planning, initial design and full design deliverables. Maintaining Design RFT at 97% consistently over the past years. Our design house is one of the leading design house in the industry.
