Performing monthly billing including creating and sending of invoices, providing account statements and collections; ensuring invoices and supporting documents are forwarded to the client in a timely manner through email or uploading into e-billing sites• Analyzing reporting to mitigate errors and client-facing transactions and providing financial analysis and reconciliation of various reports• Performing API upload and co-op upload in FTP Voyager and separating uploading for radio invoices in radioinvoices.com portal; working on salesforce to resolve multiple queries which come in the form of case number and revising invoices per the client request like changing invoice rates, commission, dates, and description of the invoice and creating Memo bills per the client request with valid reason.
