In addition to operational structure, I have been given task to look after Business segment of Branch and Branchless Banking with a KPI of profitable branch network in 12 months. ACHIEVEMENTS:• Approval of Bank nationwide Operations.• 6 Branches fully operational in 3 months. • Approval of initial 15 branches for the year 2013. • Successfully designed and implemented all operations processes, policies and procedures of Branch and Branchless Banking after approval from the Bank Board of Directors and SBP.• Launched Pilot Phase of Branchless Banking in 5 months (including setting up of complete infrastructure) after getting the approval from SBP complete inspection with Pakistan Telecom Mobile Limited (UFONE) • Successfully launched Branchless Banking solution under name of Upaisa throughout Pakistan with 9300 agents • Launch of ATM/Debit card under China Unionpay International membership with complete setup of card operations and issuance• Best Bankled model global award Show less

To manage the daily operations of the clearing, collection (FCY and LCY), processing of PDC with the aim to maximize productivity. Ensure that efficient and high quality services are provided to both internal and external customers with in the laid down policy and procedures of the Bank with a focus on controls and operational/transactional risk.Monitor morale and constantly motivate unit staff to ensure that optimum level of productivity and service standards are achieved by them.
