The work plans will be shared with all concerned departments, the MIS team, to ensure that the data entry and reporting deadlines are accurately set. It is the responsibility of Database Manager to alert the concerned department managers in advance if the deadlines set for the activities and data entry are not going to meet.• Crosscheck data collected in the field and solve eventual discrepancies.• Train area database officers based in field areas in entering data into the database.• Through the database management system, ensure that the produced reports meet the requirements of the concerned ACTED departments.• Create databases and data entry interfaces in tools such as KOBO, MS ACCESS, MS Excel etc for assessments, PDMs, and other field activities according to the formats used for data collection, as requested by the MEAL and Program departments.• Is responsible to ensure that the data entry interface corresponds to department needs and their information gathering system.• Work closely with MEAL team to design adequate and useful database reports.

• Developed a dashboard for reporting the data to the client Benazir Income Support Program (BISP), which is an autonomous federal institution of government of Pakistan.• Developed a dashboard on the collected data for field staff to show the data discrepancies to them, so that they can resolve the issues right there in the field with less human communication.• Cleaning of the data collected from the field by enumeration staff.• Updating the maps of the enumeration areas where there is any issue.

• Worked as a focal person to communicate and coordinate with the field staff regarding the Human resource Information System an internal application being used to manage the data and HR affairs of the CBV/COMNet project of UNICEF and PTPP project of WHO Pakistan.• Communicate regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure software update, database integrity and security.• Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users.• Different Reports submission to the UNICEF regarding the human resource deployment in CBV/COMNet project.• Developed a software using ODK for Monitoring of Trainings of Election Staff for General Election 2018.
