• Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort• Motivate and inspire team members• Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives• Lead by setting a good example (role model) - behavior consistent with words• Coach and helping the team members to resolve dysfunctional behavior• Ensure that discussions and decisions lead towards closure• Maintain healthy dynamics group • Assure that the team members have the necessary Product Knowledge and train them to effectively participate on the team• Encourage creativity, and constant improvement• Assure that the team addresses all relevant issues on time with the relevant screen shots• Work with functional managers to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements• Plan for the review’s, with the presentations ,analysis and other documentation’s• Provide Agent wise report to team and helping them to give better productivity• Obtain and coordinate space, furniture, equipment, and communication lines for team members• Plan the meeting’s, places and agendas• Take Care of the entire gamut of Floor Management activities• Manage the Floor, allocating the work according to the manpower and fixing the day target• Give the feedbacks to the agents on there performance and making them to improve there performance • Close the Daily, MTD (Monthly to Date) and YTD (Yearly to Date) Reports on time. • Retrieve the agents for the organization and making them to give more services to the organization• Plan the action plans to give the better quality of work and performance
