Leads as an Agile Project Manager for the Data Protection Content Development team of 15+ Designers/Developers who focus on designing, developing and delivering huge volumes of assets with an average of 60 deliverables per quarter and multiple diversified offerings covering all of Dell's 20+ Data Protection products. Serve as a Program and Project Manager for the organization and a Scrum Master for Education Services’ Content Development team on DELL EMC’s Data Protection product training development initiatives.Impacts the entire function and process of the business by defining and monitoring project and team resources. Team includes: Subject Matter Experts, Content Developers, Learning Consultants, Instructional Designers, Product Owners, Portfolio Managers, Lifecycle Managers, Delivery, and Lab Operations members.• Lead a global high performing team and manage implementation of agile methodologies, manage projects with product manager and functional manager to establish priorities and plan for future projects• Encourage trust driven culture for iterative development and continuous improvement by collaborating with other agile teams to share best practices and incorporate practices that would improve agile implementation • Drive efficiencies in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative atmosphere between Scrum team members and product management• Define a systematic approach with product management to size requirements into smaller achievable deliverable such as: topic based learning, and micro learning, and define detailed acceptance criteria• Focus on implementing agile best practices and the development process within scrum team to achieve the goal of establishing consistency, best practices, desired culture and behavior; also provide continuous mentoring to ensure continued improvement, growth, and standardization• Mentor and coach team to empowered, self-organized, solve problems, resolve conflicts, work collaboratively and transparently with the goal of doing what is right for the customer
