As a Lead Experience Designer at Faysal Bank, I am responsible for delivering end-to-end UX/UI design for the bank's digital products and services, such as mobile apps, web portals, and chatbots. I collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand the user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, and to create user-friendly, accessible, and engaging solutions that enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.I have a Masters in Computer Arts from PAF-Karachi Institute of Economics & Technology, where I learned the principles and practices of project management, design thinking, research, interaction design, and visual design. I also have multiple certifications from Google and the Interaction Design Foundation, which validate my skills and knowledge in UX design. I am passionate about improving the lives of others through design and constantly looking to learn new things everyday. My goal is to leverage my UX/UI expertise and domain knowledge to create innovative and impactful digital banking products that meet the needs and expectations of the users and the business.
