I conducted thorough analyses of annual program reviews to identify both exemplary practices and potential threats to program effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. Additionally, I conducted web research to compile a list of academics who could collaborate with the university to review capstone courses, facilitating valuable partnerships for educational enrichment.

Project Alor Akash is a research initiative funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, focusing on the intersections of gender and technology. This HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) research project studies women's technology usage and their engagement with digital financial services.Through rigorous data collection and analysis, we aim to uncover patterns, challenges, and opportunities in how women interact with technology. Our data-driven approach provides valuable insights into the socio-economic impacts of digital tools on women's lives, helping to inform policies and design interventions that promote greater digital inclusion and financial empowerment.
