CurrentCurrent functions and business activities include:• Supervising Property Managers in providing property owners with monthly and quarterly management reports• Working with groups of investors with sales of residential and commercial income producing properties such as office buildings, apartment complexes, retail, and warehouse properties• Assisting clients in negotiations and acquisition of land, office, retail and warehouse properties as Broker and Consultant. • Landlord and/or Tenant representation in commercial leases which also involves consultation and project management of tenant improvements• Supervising Real Estate Licensees in accordance with regulations set forth by Texas Real Estate Commission• Create and implement career development programs for new and experienced Associates
