CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITES-Manage all scope, design & construction operations & work with team of ENGINEERS & FUNCTION HEADS in reaching company-wide objectives.-Establish BUDGETARY COSTS.-Accountable for delivering against the set plan (time, cost, quality)-Manage project progress in accordance with targets to achieve overall KPIs.-Representing ABRE during the design development process from inception to completion & provide recommendations in sufficient detail.CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION & DESIGN MANAGEMENT-Govern the tendering process, specifications, and vendor selection.-Preparing and assessing RfQs, RfPs and any other tender documents and assisting in producing ABRE responses to competitive tenders, including participating in any relevant negotiations.-Management and assessment of tender documentation, fee proposals, contractor’s proposals, specification preparation and general construction contract administration through various procurement routes to internationally recognized contract templates. (FIDIC, JCT, NEC)CCONSTRUCTION MGMT• Initiating, reviewing & adjudicating on change order requests from project stakeholders for additions, deletions or changes to the original scope of work during the execution phase.• Periodically reviewing project works for compliance with required specifications, codes, stakeholder requirements, QA/QC policies, technical documentation, contractual obligations and standards and instigating corrective action instructions or sign offs as necessary.PROJECT COMMUNICATIONS• Develop and lead regular project update presentations to the MANAGEMENT concerning different phases of a project, updates, etc. • Develop & maintain project team and executive dashboards for individual project with the goal of keeping both project team & MGMT updated on progress.MAINTENANCE: LEADING A TEAM OF MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT CONSISTING OF ENGINEERS, SUPERVISORS, TECHNICIANS ETC FOR AN IN HOUSE MAINTENANCE OF THE SERVICES.

1. Careful review of tender documents including all contract related documents, drawings, specification, scope of works and other pretender correspondences.2. Forward RFI’s if required; Establish the actual project cost, budget allocations & requirements.3. Carryout all necessary Post contractual correspondence, attending of weekly & Monthly meetings, raising of monthly bills.4. Shop drawings : Prepare a comprehensive drawings schedule –guide the draftsmen in the preparation of shop drawings and coordination drawings.5. Material Procurement : Prepare a comprehensive Material, Equipment and tools procurements schedule –float enquiries for materials inline with project specifications. Study the quotes technically and commercially and prepare a technical Comparison statement.6. Material Approvals: Prepare & submit the material approvals after studying the quotes and technical comparison statements and carryout follow up for approval.7. Prepare and forward RFI, Method Statements, Inspection & Testing Plans.8. Construction Programs : Prepare construction programmes using MS projects, Provide required inputs to the planners for construction program using Primavera.9. Manpower Planning : Prepare forecast for manpower requirements for the project at various stages and advise for any subcontract works.10. Progress of Works : Monitoring the progress of works in line with the scope of works and raise the necessary claims.11. Claims : Identify the variations, additional works inline with scope of works and raise the necessary claims.12. Handling of Jr. Engineers (Site engineers), Technicians and other tradesmen.13. Project Handover : Prepare and forward the project handing over documents like As built drawings, Testing and commissioning reports, Operation and Maintenance Manuals.14. Maintenance : Maintaining of the project during the warranty services, successfully handover the same after completing the warranty period.

Project Tendering, Design Reveiw & ExecutionEstimation & costing of ministry of defence, ministry of Health, Petroleum Development of Oman, Diwan of royal court, tender board and other ministry tenders, of values ranging from US $ 10,000/00 to 2000,000/00 with success ratio per year 13% to 15% in value and numbers.Chilled water projects: Execution of various chilled water projects involving of Screw, recip chillers of max total capacity 2000 TR, Preinsulated Buried Pipework, exposed MS pipework, related AHUs’, FCUs’, Pumps chemical dosing pots, BMS Controls, MCC Panels, VFDs’ PI type VAV Boxes for high rise .DX Projects : Executon of various DX type projects of total capacity 965 TR using ducted type split AC units, DX AHU & condensing units, Package AC Units related duct works etc including DDC and MCC panels.Precision Control AC Units: Execution of Precision control AC units installations at Server rooms and other relative humidity control areas.

Upgrading of Hvac systems, including BMS controls, Buried chilled water piping, AHU, Pumps, VAV and related MCC Panels and Electrical works at Tower Building at Saudi Aramco.Replacement of fiberglass duct with phenolic foam prefabricated duct works for approximately 10,000 Sqm of ductworks including overhaul of related Ducted split AC Units at Saudi Aramco Dhahran.
