Tara AI helps engineering teams track and automate issue tickets, write technical requirements and track work and code all in one place. - As CTO, I grew the team from 2 engineers in 2017 to a distributed team of 40, hiring some of the best engineers from Apple, Meta, and Google.- Built and architected the application to handle real time text editing and real time event data flow which supported the heavy transactional workloads from over 10,000 organizations. - Coded, built and maintained the data science infrastructure and AI R&D. - Achieved a 100% SLA and uptime since launch with a robust tech stack that handles over quarter of a million events a week- Structured over 135 billion tokens of data from git source control, issue tickets and product requirements for embeddings and neutral network training. - Built the leveling framework for engineering and created engineering excellence programs within the org.- Lead the Product and Design practice at Tara AI, collaborated with designers and PM's to lead new strategic initiatives, decide on key KPI's and drive growth outcomes.

Gradberry Middle East was the region's largest careers platform for students and fresh graduates to find internships and entry level roles. We started the platform with $200 from our college library, and eventually grew it to the largest platform for students in the region with over 650 universities represented.Our research and work was featured in Wired, BBC and Huffington post for early work into recruiting algorithms and for using meritocratic, unbiased recruiting functions. We also won grants from MIT, Cartier, United Nations (ITU) for helping thousands of graduates find jobs and internships at companies like Standard Chartered and Google.

Elements was acquired by a consulting group in 2015 for its technical staff and noteworthy clients and its design team went on to work for Saatchi & Saatchi. During my time there I led and built an Agile team of Analysts, Product Designers and Engineers to design, launch and execute on high value software transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies. My team was purely focused on solving hard problems by introducing bleeding edge technology into their software stack, design practices as well as increasing overall adoption of new technologies and decreasing operational risk. As a part of my research I worked with the Brisbane Bureau of Meteorology on predicting the effects of global warming on solar energy generation for the next 25 years. Which led to building out an ETL pipeline to process millions of data points and using neural networks for the actual analysis.
