• Monitor key performance indicators for assigned region for 2G, LTE, NB-IoT, and 5G networks.• Conduct worst cell analysis and rectification to improve network performance.• Balance network load through FDD & TDD optimization.• Enhance network speed and reliability by monitoring Ookla scores for clusters and conducting necessary optimizations. Prepare multiple insight reports to track Ookla performance and traffic patterns for network expansion planning.• Analyze and resolve customer complaints and VIP issues.• Provide performance improvement suggestions to customers and lead optimization activities for the region.• Lead the launch of NB-IoT projects and RAN network optimization initiatives.• Collaborate with mobile manufacturers such as Apple and Samsung to test new devices and software updates.
