Coordinated on-site assessments, validated condition and replacement value, ensured buy-in, built funding cases, and helped bring DFO Maintenance regime to Level 2 standard. • National Waste Audit Program - Developed and operationalized a national framework based on Federal Sustainable Development Strategy and Greening Government Strategy that establishes baseline waste diversion rates for non-hazardous materials on high-priority assets. • DFO Asbestos Program - Led and administered the DFO National Asbestos Program, including project management, building relationships, and facilitating collaboration between DFO and PSPC to ensure smooth rollout of program. • Constructed and performed data validation and analytics on the Fisheries and Oceans National Asbestos Inventory, in addition to ongoing QA/QC. • Transportation Asset Risk Assessment (TARA) Program - Implemented an interdisciplinary approach with Transport Canada, to develop and deliver a PIEVC based climate assessments for the Canso Canal, an extremely important asset to the economy.
