The project on which i worked was Kuwait VIVA in RSC department. During my tenure, i learnt about different technologies 2g, 3g, 4g and how practically they are implemented. Further, I learnt about different scenarios and techniques to provide the services to the users, what is the difference between bts 3900 and bts3812. -How to configure remotely the different scenarios like l2600, l2100, SDR, U900, U1800. -How to check the capacity of the site and if there is a need to increase the capacity, which card to be installed and configured remotely to accommodate the excess users. -How to check the alarms on the site and bsc and then troubleshooting to remove the alarms. -How to activate and deactivate the cells. -How to take the backup before the start of the activity by the site engineer.-Communicating with the site engineers in Kuwait over the whatsapp to provide them the solution and direction to implement it on the site. Team director has given the recommendation letter for acknowledging my work for the company and project.

Led the team of 10 people. Arranged and successfully conducted different events prominent of them were Career Boot Camp, Alumni Homecoming, Open house for graduating students.Developed the database of Alumni.Updated the graduate directory.

National Solution Convention is the flagship of Fast Islamabad where different students from all over the Pakistan participate. It includes around 50 different social and technical events.Providing the media coverage of convention on different National and Private Channels, Newspapers, Radio Channels and e-Blogs. Other job was to help the different event heads in arranging the guests for their events.

Worked in three departments during the tenure1.Switching: The services include include NGN VoIP, PTP (Point-to-Point), PTMP (Point-to-Multipoint), Uni-cast, Multi-cast, active Ethernet, CDMA WLL VoIP, WiMAX, Triple play services (voice, video, data), VoD, DSL, VPN, and other Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS-TP) services etc. The proposed solution that support in providing these services include support ring, hub and spoke(star), full and partial mesh topology. 2.Optical fiber :In depth study about the architecture of optical fiber.Different phenomenon that helps in transmission of signals such as reflection, dispersion,refraction etc.Different types of optical fiber and how to deploy the optical fiber network.Different networks such as FTTH(Fiber to the home), FTTC(Fiber to the curb).Advancements in GPON network.Different equipments that are used when dealing with optical fiber(connectors,distribution frames/box).How to splice optical fibers and practically implemented the fusion splicing. 3.Wireless local loop:How wireless communication takes place.How wireless network is built to achieve fast data throughput.How to set frequencies of different adjacent BTS serving their surrounding area.How to assign the area to BTS through cell management.
