Accelerated transformation of Nordstrom’s Supply Chain, Merchandizing and Store Experience using technology platforms to optimize fulfillment and inventory flow across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack businesses which resulted in reduction of supply chain cost for the company and improvement of CSAT, which was highlighted in Nordstrom’s Q2 2022 earnings report by the CEO of Nordstrom.

Responsible for product leadership of key strategic pillars of Sam’s Club (a membership-only warehouse business of Walmart Inc. with an annual revenue of over $60B). Built an organization of product and program managers led multimillion-dollar cross-functional initiatives with Supply Chain, Merchandizing, Marketing, Engineering, QA, Finance, Design, Legal, and other internal and external teams.

Conceptualized and led customer facing product development that helped improve CSAT, Wait Time and other Key Performance Indicators for Walmart eCommerce. Influenced supply chain product strategies within Walmart by endorsing and evangelizing vision of global products in the company.

Managed Owned and managed various Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing products to enable Finance and Supply Chain reporting capabilities. Led teams of Walmart.com, SamsClub.com and ASDADirect.com BI to migrate to a new Data Warehousing and Reporting platform.

Managed performance metrics of Amazon Mom and shared those with the senior leadership of the company on a weekly basis. Responsible for providing insight into the program by designing business intelligence solutions, which helped the team take timely actions on acquisition, program benefits, conversion of customers to paid members and understand the spending trend of the customers.

Designed and managed the development and testing activities of the BI Reporting module for a complex application used for consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting of mutual fund shareholder activity for all Transfer Agents. It also generates reports for Fund Managers on available cash and totals shares (used in NAV calculations), and provides Cash Management functionality by generating Transfer Agent and Custodian money movement instructions.

Liaised with the business team of Target Corp’s Expense Management unit to gather requirements for creating a reporting layer for Stores Managers, and created its framework for the engineering team. Worked as a technical SPOC in the project and was the primary contact for vendor management with Information Builders.
