These infrastructure projects have been executed single-handedly since 2008, with an exceptional degree of success, averaging 6 monopole, 3 towers, 8 RT, 4 RDUs, 5 GRD/COW per month. Altogether, I have managed successful completion of total 400 monopoles, 100 SSR Towers, 70 RDU, 100 GRD/COW, 500 NPT Roof Tops till now.Works carried out by me for other departments, such as RFP for Wi-Max & Solar system, Business development, Transport, E&M Dept, etc and outside du, such as for Abu Dhabi vision of 2030 with Municipality, DOT. Made many improvements in Monopoles & Towers to increase the capacity to accommodate expansions, easy installations of Antennas, risk free lightening, Maintenance free & secured boundary wall. Sr.Engineer / Gsm Structures & Telecom BuildingsEtisalat Telecommunications Corporation Dec 1997 - Dec 2007Abu DhabiResponsible for total project management of GSM (1500 Sites), telecommunication infrastructure (3m to 15m NPT Rooftop, 30m to 40m high monopoles & 60m to 120m Lattice SSR Towers) all over the United Arab Emirates. The projects called for excellent coordination between six different suppliers / contractors. My work profile included preparation of technical specifications, inviting tenders, concluding contracts, issuance of purchase orders / site commencement orders, contract administration, invoice certification, field quality inspections & maintenance. It required excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with internal end-user departments as well as external customers. These infrastructure projects had been executed single-handedly by me since inception, with an exceptional degree of success, averaging 1 monopole installation per week, 1 tower in 2 weeks, 4 RT in one week. Altogether, I have managed supply & installation of total 670 monopoles, 231 SSR Towers, 18 Versa towers, 205 poles, 211 NPT Roof Tops till 29th Dec 2007.The 3G roll-out had resulted in development of two new solutions for quick installation. These structures were designed by me: Rapid Deployment 20m Pole, of which 88 units were installed. The second structure is Rapid Deployment 27m Monopole, of which 49 units have been installed. These two structures have played a major part in the network expansion programme.Apart from standard Monopoles & towers, I also executed special Monopoles camouflaged to resemble date palm trees, lamp posts, roof top camouflage solutions, etc. I also handled various telecom & public office building projects. -
