1. Handling the K12 business for Acer in India.2. Business Revenue ~ INR. 2500M per annumMy responsibilities in this role included :-- Build and nurture relationships with the Secretariat of Education at all State Departments, with focus on key states like Maharashtra, Gujarat, A.P., Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Haryana, Punjab, UP, Rajasthan, M.P., etc.- Build relationship with the SSA Department & IT@School departments at all key state governments.- Build relationship with IT sourcing agencies of all state departments, like ELCOT, HARTRON, GIL, MPSEDC, BELTRON, WEBEL, RAJCOMP, KELTRON, etc.- Build and nurture relationships at the top level with Education Service providers, like NIIT, Educomp, Everonn, Compucom, ILFS, Birlasoft, Teledata, Pearson India, etc. Build relationships on the supply side with key suppliers like WEP, TVSE, Samsung, Networking suppliers, etc. - Ensure that Acer's hardware was included in the bidding for the SSA & IT@School project tenders. Ensure liaison with the IT departments of State Governments, for building the specifications of the SSA & IT@School tenders.- Ensure cooperation and co-promotion of Acer's hardware for the private schools business of E-learning solution providers.- Ensure that Acer has the largest market share for the hardware supplied for SSA & IT@School projects.Key achievements :-1. Secured over 75% share of the business for Acer in the K-12 business space.
