As a Manager Database & Development in IT Department (DB Team) providing off-shore bpo services (www.touchstonebpo.com). Launched a Data Ware Housing solution for calling data of the call center and managing Business Analytical Reports using multiple reporting solutions such as SQL Reports & Crystal Reports. Managing DBAs and Developers in Proposing centralization solution as well as Integrated Reporting Services using Crystal Report XI and SQL Server 2005. Implementing Oracle ERP (HRMS Module) solution in the company. Proposing Data Ware Housing solution to generate historical analysis and statistical views over data.

Worked as Technical Resource in KIOSK (Project of Public Service Division within NADRA HQs). KIOSK development and implementation, software & hardware architecture.Deputed in NDWH (National Data Ware House) for 6 months to handle overseas Pakistanis Database processes. Worked in Cognos 7 (ReportNet) in order to generate statistical reports for management.Implemented NICOP (National Identity Cards for Overseas Pakistanis) IT infrastructure, Database Design and Back office System. Coordinated activities with vendors, management and staff. Worked out procedures on the operations & production of the system. To maintain and ensure the smooth running of Database containing 10 Million Records. Backups, Performance Monitoring and Handling Database and Application Servers.

Participated in dealing with Database Administration tasks i.e. Performance Tuning and Optimization, Backup & Recovery, Scripting of Database Changes and Designing & Modeling. System Administration on Sun Solaris 8 (R 420 Enterprise). Installation & Database Creation through Scripts on Sun Solaris 8 machine. Solaris 8 CDE (Common Desktop Environment) installation. KNKSoft is a Software Development Company dedicated to Develop End-User Products using Oracle. At KNKSoft I participated in the project of Ministry of Defense such as NUST (National University of Sciences and Technology) and MRF (Mirage Rebuild Factory) Kamra. Successfully implemented DAIMS (Depot Automated Inventory Management System) at Kamra Air Base. And MIS (Management Information System) at NUST. These global and enterprise-wide systems were based on Windows NT platform & Solaris 8 having Oracle 8i RDBMS. As per requirements, coordinated efforts with staff in MRF and NUST.

I worked as a Station In-charge and manage all technical as well as managerial aspects of the company. 24/7 Transmission Assurance, Accounts handling, Employees Management and Operations were major responsibilities.
