I have been in the Management role for most of my professional career, specifically in Project, People and Organisation Management.I started my professional journey with Unosys, an IT company that I started in my 3rd year of engineering. Ran it both successfully and unsuccessfully; Successfully because it was bread and butter for me and my great team for a long time, and unsuccessfully because I had to eventually close it, but it gave me the required exposure and understanding of market, clients and process.After my initial entrepreneurial journey, I joined few companies which provided me opportunities and experience to manage larger teams and sharpen my skills with industry practice such as Agile/Scrum to get the projects delivered on time. I love reading and writing; a mesmerizing couplet or a beautifully written sentence brings smile to my face. In addition to English, I am very fond of Urdu poetry and I am almost addicted to Old Songs and Ghazals. I sometimes also enjoy Cricket and Pool/Snooker.
