Managing comprehensive budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Managing five year strategic plans, driving business growth and success through data-driven insights and stake holder collaboration Performing VPC analysis of actual vs forecast to identify drivers of profit change, assess pricing strategies, optimise cost structure Monitoring Key Risk Indicators across the organization, suggesting suitable corrective & preventive measures Application & review of company-wide controls via periodic end-to-end health checks over AP, AR, AO Ensure right cost of goods manufactured with analysis to be communicated to the relevant departments to get efficiencies in the production and consistency in the reporting Support in commercial decisions of the company to contribute in the growth of the company through alignment on margins before making any bulk quantity schemes or discounts
